DTM Style VR4 Vented Bonnet
This is a PROJECT VR4 Fiberglass Product Produced In-house .
All Bonnets Come complete with Steel Hinge Plate Brackets "Latch Ready" installed.
Finished in Gelcoat, ready for you to Prep & Paint
Front Latch Plate is glassed in and is there ready with 6mm holes if you choose to install a latch loop otherwise you can continue to use Hood Pins/AeroCatch Fasteners

- GOLD : Bonnet comes finished in Gelcoat , has complete inner Skeleton Structure*, All Holes Drilled ready for Ancillary parts to fit to & includes Vent mesh ready for you to Mount/Glue in after Paint.
- PLATINUM : Bonnet comes Painted in your Colour Code*, has complete inner Skeleton Structure*, All Holes Drilled & Ancillary parts fitted to it (used Bonnet rubbers etc & includes Vent Mesh Fitted Too & includes a pair of AeroCatch Fasteners ready for you to install

These are MADE TO ORDER only and lead time of 21 business days* manufacturing required. This timeframe starts when your bonnet production starts, not when you place your order. please ensure you understand and accept this. We only have 1 mold & everyone wants a bonnet today....
*Due to the Lamination of 2 products together the height of the rear part of the bonnet may sit proud on your vehicle. we cannot eliminate this otherwise you will not have any strength.
*Please Note. The inner skeleton is only a structural item and we ask that you understand it is not meant to be artwork with all the small curves and angles going on.
Pictures of inner skeleton are example of only. without heat shield installed and this bonnet didnt have the inner sections cut out of the skeleton.
We do not offer a Rain Guard for our Bonnets sorry.
*Like any fiberglass fabricated part you will/may need to do some minor finishing touches to meet your bodyline to your satisfaction.
PLEASE NOTE: All Parts Orders/Purchases will only be Picked/Packaged once a week.This will be carried out at the END OF EACH WEEK. Shipping invoices will be updated over the weekend so your itmes can ship out on Monday/Tuesdays. If an order is URGENT then you need to contact me first to ensure i can fulfil this order. This EXCLUDES Manufactured or Procured items. These fall under their advertised Terms
