Refund policy

We have a 30-day return* policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@projectvr4.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PROJECT VR4, 85 Keith Street, Palmerston North, Roslyn, 4414, New Zealand 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue .


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or manufactured items(Fiberglass/Carbon Fiber), personalized items), and Procured Parts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept exchanges


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@projectvr4.nz. Please remember that shipping is non refundable in all circumstances.

PROJECT VR4 Reserves the right to Cancel, Refund or Replace at its own discretion.

If PROJECT VR4 chooses to refund a part/s, the part/s must be returned in the condition they were sent & within the Return window as set out in the Return Terms (30 Days @ Customers Expense)

  • Project VR4 will not be liable for Shipping costs incurred
  • Shipping cost is non refundable.
  • No refunds for incorrect orders placed under any circumstances
  • No refunds on purchases when a customers decides they don't want to pay for shipping or the shipping "costs more" than the items value. PVR4 cannot control the shipping companies costings.
  • No Refunds on Procured parts under any circumstances.
  • Cancelled orders will incur a 60% Re-Stocking Fee Mandatory
